Villa Sellina is surrounded by the tranquil landscape of the vineyards, olive groves and small medieval towns like Lastra a Signa or Ginestra Fiorentina, amidst the Tuscan hills. Yet, it is just 15 km from the center of Florence.

Make the bed & breakfast as a base to go on day trips and discover all the natural and artistic beauty of the surrounding areas.
There are 3 types of rooms in the Bed & Breakfast: Double Rooms, Junior Suites and Quadruple Rooms.
The rooms furnished with traditional Tuscan furniture and materials to recreate the wonderful ambience of the ancient farmhouses of this area: wooden floors, walnut furniture, beds with wrought iron headboards, which provide comfort and also emanate rustic charm. The 18 rooms in the villa and guesthouses were completely renovated in 2004 and equipped with all modcons including direct dial phone, minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning and private bath with hairdryer.

Villa Sellina offers Guests the flexibility of choosing between Bed & Breakfast, Half Board (Breakfast & Dinner) or Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

There are 2 ground floor rooms equipped for disabled guests.

At a 20 minute drive from the villa , is Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, the greatest genius of the Italian Renaissance. The interesting Museo Leonardiano in Vinci contains a rich collection of machines and models designed by the great Tuscan scientist, like the spectacular parachute and many designs for unfinished projects.

The Villa Sellina estate has a large manor house dating back to the 1800's and three farmhouses set in the greenery and peacefulness.
The crops of the farm, owned by the same family, extend all around the villa, which with its grapevines, olive groves, vegetable gardens and orchards ensures guests wholesome and delicious food.

The Villa also boasts of wonderful restaurant, located in the old estate wine cellars. Here, you can discover the typical flavors of Tuscany's wine and cuisine. The owners can organize banquets for ceremonies and wedding receptions.

The main villa, built in Art Nouveau style, houses most of the rooms and the common areas like the restaurant, bar and meeting rooms: for up to 15 – 50 people. The farmhouses contain the apartments and some rooms.

There are two outdoor pools in this complex: one near the main villa and another adjacent to the farmhouses, with sufficient space to relax at any time of the day. The estate also has plenty room for playing outdoors.

Our guests are welcome to visit the wine cellars at our farm and purchase traditional Tuscan products including Chiant DOCG, Vin Santo, Grappa from Chianti, extra virgin olive oil and honey.
There is a stable near Villa Selina you can take riding lessons, even for beginners, and go for rides in the surrounding areas.
