'Just a note to tell you what a wonderful time we had at the cooking class!! It was just such a fun and interesting experience for our family. We all decided that the class was really one of the favorite highlights of our 2 weeks in Tuscany! The old, Tuscan kitchen was amazing and really set the flavor with the fireplace glowing, the music playing and the warm welcome by you and our darling Chef Alberto. Alberto was so personalable and fun and we learned so much from him and enjoyed him so much!! Will you please pass onto him how much we enjoyed him and the 1/2 day class he provided for us?
I will attempt to send an attachment photo of our family with Alberto just for fun. We're even thinking of using this photo for our family Christmas card this year! We also loved our week at Annie's Farmhouse villa...just perfect, so thank you for all of your help with that too. We are now back in Maine physically, but not emotionally yet....already missing Italia!

My husband and I participated in a full immersion class with Chef Bian in early May. We thoroughly enjoyed the class - found it most enjoyable as well as deliciously informative. My personal goal when we enrolled was to learn to make a perfect risotto.
Last night I prepared a porcini mushroom risotto which my husband said was not only perfect but the most delicious food of any kind he had ever tasted. I have always considered myself to be quite a good cook but to have such a compliment after 36 years together! The course was worth every penny!

My family and I attended your classes in June and think it was the best part of our Italian adventure. Our chef was awesome and really made the class fun and interesting. To quote my daughter "the flavors were dancing in her mouth". Can't wait to return for another lesson!

We attended the beginner's cooking class in July of 2009. We just wanted to say thank you for an amazing experience; it couldn't have been any better. The cooking class was definitely the highlight of our time in Italy. Since getting home, we have already cooked the meal for family and friends more than once, and everyone is always impressed. Our chef was Alberto and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! Alberto made sure that rolling out pasta dough and dicing vegetables was fun instead of tedious, and the time really flew by. The whole experience was just terrific and the food was incredible. We could not have asked for a better way to spend a day in Florence. Thank you again to everyone at Good Tastes of Tuscany, especially Alberto, for making the class such a wonderful experience.
