Any inquiries as to changes to the original reservations need to be made in writing no latter than 1 monthbefore the date of the class. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but do not offer any guarantees.

If you wish to cancel or change you reservations you must inform us in writing by email or fax. Your request will be officially accepted once we receive this request. If cancellation is made prior to 30 days than 100% refund (minus 10.00 euro processing fee) will be issued. If there is a request to change a date and an alternative date can be assigned then funds will be charged accordingly to price of the tour. If a request for cancellation or a request to switch a date occurs in less than 30 days of the original request then a refund of 60% will be issued. If the request for cancellation is made within two weeks of the registered class date then 40%. If a cancellation occurs with 72 hours of the specified date a refund will not be issued. Reservations can be given as a gift or exchanged with another person.

We do have a minimum participant level of 4. Good Tastes of Tuscany reserves the right to cancel or reschedule its classes or tours in accordance with its operating requirements or for circumstances beyond its control, such as insufficient participation or any other unforeseen incident (such as safety reasons, illness, ect.). All prepaid participants will receive 100% refund unless an alternative date can be agreed upon.

It is essential condition when traveling to carry your own personal health travel insurance. In case of an emergency situation we will do our best to assist you but we are not responsible for any costs you incur.

Payment options and terms:
All tours/classes must be paid in full at the time of prepaid reservations. If booking tour within the same week of the tour all payments must be made on the same day as the specified tour in cash or travelers checks.

Check, Money Order,Travelers Checks, Cash, Wiring of Funds

All transitions can be made out to Good Tastes of Tuscany or your travel agent who will then forward you funds to Good Tastes of Tuscany.

Credit Cards-We can accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for prepaid reservations though it will include a small processing fee of 3%. We cannot accept credit cards for any last minute reservations.

All prepaid clients will a welcome packet along with a payment receipt.

Discounts:

We do offer discounts for large groups and students. The pricing is as follows:

Children and Students( with a valid student I.D. and under the age of 26 ) will receive a 20% discount.

Group booking of 6 or more people will receive a 20% discount.
