  • Lucky Luciano was a Mafia Boss , I believe in New York or Chicago; Our Chef instead was the boss of the kitchen!! ,Lucky because he enjoys what he does. With Lucky Luciano, we had an amazing time ,We did learn a lot in a five-hour class, besides the Tuscan dishes that are also on the professional school cookbook that was given to us included in the class Price, We learned a lot of tricks that only professional chefs know, the red Chianti made in the Estate Winery was a true chianti, rough on the edges but good (we are used to Cabs)
