Therefore, we make it a point to offer our guests every opportunity to learn more about the Italian way of life. Participants may accompany our chefs to the market to find out how to select the very best ingredients for the day's cooking. Extra virgin olive oil and wine are produced on the Pandolfini estate, and we encourage our guests to sample these wonderful products, grown from the earth and carefully tended by human hands.
