The estate of the beautiful Villa Pandolfini in Florence is actually an organic farm, since no chemicals have been used on the land for the past two decades. All of the excellent extra virgin olive oil and wine from the estate is produced using organic methods. Our organic class is more than just cooking: we savour the fine art of traditional cuisine and explore wonderful culinary traditions of many generations that have been infused with the natural heartiness and charm of the Italian lifestyle. Our menus are specially crafted to cater to your dietary needs.We invite you to set your culinary passions free on a journey that allows you to appreciate the intricacies of the local cuisine.

For longer organic cooking lessons you can visit various farms in Tuscany, where you can get a first hand understanding of how the produce is grown. You can also indulge your palate as you sample the abundant fare at the farm restaurant. Satisfy your gourmet interest for excellent olive oil and outstanding Chianti wine, which are available for purchase at the farm.

In your free time you can discover the various wonders resting in the quaint medieval towns nearby, or simply unwind and absorb the serene Tuscan landscape while sipping on a superb glass of Italian wine.
