This spacious 120 m2 single dwelling is located on an estate that has a private forest, vineyards and olive groves. Leonora is just 10 mins from Florence center yet lets you experience the authentic country living. This is the perfect place to discover Florence and enjoy the real Tuscan countryside.
Leonora is a Sunny, very peaceful and private house. It accommodates 4 people. The villa’s foundations date back to the 1200’s and the house has been totally restored 3 years ago. From the living room 2 sets of double windows open onto the very typical Italian style gardens with lemon trees, hedges and fountain. The ground floor has a large open living area with arches dividing the dining and sitting area. The house is adorned with stylish furnishings. A few steps lead to the large double bedroom on the first floor and bathroom.

The 12m high ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors and large windows that open onto the grand Renaissance garden characterize the house.
You can either enjoy Al Fresco dining or relax in your private garden area. This property is very quiet and private. There is a large in ground swimming pool (12x6m) set amongst the olive trees and is shared with the other guests.
From here, it is just 20mins to Montecatini.40 mins to Pisa / Lucca / Siena/ Bologna. 60 mins to Forte Dei Marmi/ Volterra/ San Gimignano/ Arezzo etc.
The property produces fantastic extra virgin olive oil and wine available for purchase.
There is Wi-Fi connection and the access is available from certain hotspots on the property. We cannot guarantee wireless access inside the villa as the walls are made of thick stone and sometimes you may need to move around to get access.
The owners speak; English, French, German and Italian.
