Two nights and three days in Tuscany, searching for white truffles with a professional digger and dog, cooking with an TUSCAN CHEF , visiting Chianti and medieval town of San Gimignano, visiting an olive mill and winery , dining on gourmet meals - a true Tuscan Autumn experience!!!

Days 1-3: White truffle & Olive Oil in Tuscany
Friday:

Arrival in the evening to your lodging. dinner at 8:00 pm at a tuscan restaurant with the group.
Saturday:

Morning tour to Chianti for a wine tasting , cellar tour and olive mill (during pressing) then onto San Gimignano to visit the famous hilltop medieval ‘town of towers’, back for a evening cooking class preparing a 4 course tuscan meal and a sit down full dinner with wine. The lessons are taught by Tuscan chefs and will be held in the beautiful medieval Torre kitchen on the Villa Pandolfini Estate
Sunday:

Experience a truffle hunting excursion in the forest with a professional truffle digger and his dog, lunch at Caruso restaurant in the historic villa residence of Enrico Caruso. Departure at 5 pm .
*** You can add on a extra night and do an additional cooking class.

Add on - Stay an extra night and you can add a tour of Florence, a 1.5 hour historic tour of Florence with a visit to the central food markets and back for a cooking class at Villa Pandolfini or you can enjoy the rest of the afternoon in Florence shopping and visiting the famous museums.
Cost for the add on - euro 350 per person for the night
