If you want to explore the region of the Florence with its many marvels and experience the joy of Tuscan living, this is the place for you. Enjoy dining al fresco and take long walks with nature as your companion. Villa Agnola looks over the estates olive groves and vineyard and you are surrounded by antique rose bushes and stately cypress trees. There are lovely views from here and on a clear day you can see the world famouse 'Florence Duomo' in the distance.

Set on the foothills of the Bertini Hills, the estate produces extra virgin olive oil and red wine that the guests may taste and purchase. Cooking classes are held throughout the year in the main villa on the estate. You can also hire the services of a private chef to cook a typical italian meal in the farmhouse.

The 'Villa Agnola' is representative of the 16th century architecture with terracotta floors, wooden beams, original wooden doors and stonework. This is a villa that has been completely restored and is a very characteristic farmhouse, which, when both sides are rented by one group can sleep up to 12 people. The 'Villa Agnola' has been recently restored and is decorated with typical Tuscan furnishings of fine quality. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, satellite TV , and a laundry room with ironing facilities and washing machine.

Villa Agnola 1:

This is a large farmhouse apartment with a typical country kitchen and original stone fireplace. The first floor has three bedrooms - 2 double and 1 triple bedroom, a full bathroom and a living room. There is a toilet and then a second bathroom on the ground floor.

The farmhouse has a beautiful outdoor area with table and chairs for relaxing, sunbathing and reading. There is a lovely forest behind the farmhouse, perfect for leisure walks and jogging. You also have access to a shared swimming pool on the estate.

The farmhouse is 2 minutes from the town and 15 minutes from the center of Florence. Public transport, bars and all shops are within walking distance. There are many local restaurants nearby that offer memorable dining moments. The farmhouse is close to all major highways. It is 40 mins to Montecatini, 45 mins to Pisa & Lucca and 40mins to Siena/Volterra/San Gimignano/Arezzo.

Relax at the farmhouse, sip a glass of our wine and enjoy the splendid countryside view, which has made this region so famous and loved. Take walks along the country roads or discover the many local attractions such as horse riding, trekking, antique markets, local villages and historic sites and churches.

The owners are proud Tuscans and are happy to guide their guests through authentic Tuscan living and surroundings.

If you want to have the entire farmhouse at your disposal, rent the adjacent apartment. The farmhouse will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests comfortably.
